Dr. Alison will begin seeing patients at Kid Grins on December 10, 2026.
Dr. Alison Seamans is originally from Excelsior, MN. She earned her Bachelor of Science from the University of Wisconsin–Madison and her Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) with Special Distinction from the University of Oklahoma College of Dentistry.
After dental school, Dr. Alison returned to Minnesota to complete a two-year pediatric dentistry residency at the University of Minnesota. She practiced in Washington before returning home to care for children and families in the community where she grew up.
As a board-certified pediatric dentist, Dr. Alison is passionate about children’s oral health. Her favorite part of dentistry is watching her patients grow and building lasting relationships with their families. She takes a comprehensive, whole-child approach to care, meeting each child where they are and helping them feel comfortable along the way.
Outside of dentistry, Dr. Alison enjoys spending time with her husband, daughter, stepdaughters, and dogs. She loves traveling, camping, and hiking, and hopes to visit every national park. Her favorite childhood movie is The Sound of Music, her most memorable vacation destination is Tanzania, and her favorite color is orange!
